Which are the payment methods?
- The accepted payment methods are credit card or wire bank transfer
What if the experience is cancelled due to weather conditions?
- The weather is most time of the year calm in Greece. In case of bad weather conditions, we will amend the tour the next day or the tour will be cancelled and you will be refunded back the expense of the tour
What happens if I am not on time at the meeting point?
- Please inform us immediately. We will do our best to find the best possible solution for you. In this case the rest of the group can not wait as the program of the tour is fixed.
What are the cancellation fees?
- No cancellation fees (except 10% administrative fees) for canceling 5 or more days before the booked experience.
- For cancellations between 2-4 days before the booked experience, 50% refund will be provided.
- For cancellations less than 2 days before the booked experience, as well as for non shows, no refund will be provided.
Multi day tours or boat tours
- For cancellations 50 or more days before the booked experience, 100 € cancellation fees .
- For cancellations between 49-30 days before the booked experience, 60% refund will be provided.
- For cancellations between 29-11 days before the booked experience, 30% refund will be provided.
- For cancellations less than 10 days before the booked experience, as well as for non shows, no refund will be provided.
When do I receive the confirmation for the experience I have booked?
- Upon full payment of the experience.
How easy and secure is it to book through your website?
- It is absolutely secure, easy and fast. It will not take you more that 1 minute to book the experience you wish. We keep no data of your credit card details. It is also possible to book your experience via your mobile phone or via your tablet.
What about travel insurance?

Is there any free time during the experiences?
- We consider that you want to experience parts of the tour also by yourself, so we have adjusted the experiences in that way in order to give you also some free time.
Can you accommodate my special dietary requirements?
- We will do our best to accommodate them. Please inform us upon booking the experience.
Are your experiences child friendly?
- Most of our experiences are child friendly. This is indicated in each experience.
What is the VAT refund?
- You can claim for the VAT refund upon your return to your country of residence.
Is it possible to join only a part of the experience I have booked?
- It depends on the specific experience. No refund for the part of the experience that you are not joining will be provided in this case
Is it possible to pick us from our accommodation hotel?
- It is possible with an extra charge for the experiences where this service is not included. Please inform us upon booking.
Are any discounts offered in any of the experiences?
- Join us on facebook and we will offer a 5% discount. A 10% discount is offered for repeated clients.
Would it be possible to pay in cash for any of the experiences?
- Payment in cash is not a payment method we accept. But for special occasions, please send us your request and we will inform you if it can be accepted.
